Staff Nurse Job Vacancy in Kochi- Raha Ayurveda Hospital

Job Description: Raha Ayurveda Hospital, a prestigious Ayurvedic hospital in Kochi, Kerala, is looking to hire an empathetic and skilled Senior Nursing Officer/Chief Nursing Officer. Qualifications and Abilities:

  1. GNM/B.Sc in Nursing.
  2. At least 5 years of nursing experience, ideally in an Ayurvedic hospital or a similar healthcare setting.
  3. Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  4. Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  5. Registered Nurse with the Kerala Nursing Council.

Main Duties:

  1. Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
  2. Collaborate with physicians & other health care professionals to devise and implement patient care plans.
  3. Monitor patient progress & adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
  5. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.
  6. Participate in the training and development of nursing staff.
  7. Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for the seamless and efficient running of the hospital.
